Multiplay is thrilled to announce our first major Insomnia Hearthstone tournament. From the 11th to the 13th of December, 16 players will fight it out at the NEC, Birmingham, UK for a share of $30,000 USD.

Eight of the best professional Hearthstone players from across the globe will be invited to play for the biggest prize fund Insomnia has ever seen. In the true spirit of Insomnia, we’ll also be giving six players the opportunity to play their way into the tournament through a live LAN qualifier on Friday the 11th of December. The qualifier will be open to all Insomnia56 BYOC attendees and the winners will face off against some of the biggest names in Hearthstone. An additional two spots for the main event will be available through an online qualifier taking place at the end of November. If you don’t make the cut, fear not—all unqualified players are invited to play in our regular £2,000 Insomnia Hearthstone Cup.

You’ll be able to catch all the action from the event over on Twitch (http://www.twitch.tv/multiplay_hs), where our world-class analysis team will cast the games live. We’re excited to see players from across the globe showcase their best decks as we search for the first-ever Insomnia Truesilver Champion!

We’ll have more details on the online qualifier, and will be announcing players and talent over the next few weeks. Be sure to follow us on social media for all the latest news:
